www.HealthShareTV.com (the Web Site) is sponsored by Managed Care On-Line, Inc. (MCOL). The Web Site is designed to serve as a community for health care professionals and others to post, view, rate and discuss videos pertaining to health care. This policy applies to all video submissions by you and other users of the web site.

Your Acceptance of These Terms

By using the any component or feature of the Web Site , you signify your acceptance of the terms of the MCOL HealthShareTV Video Submission Policy and other Terms of Use. As also specified in the General Terms of Use, you are responsible to ensure that each of your Video Submissions does not infringe upon patents, trademarks, trade secrets, copyrights or other proprietary rights. When in doubt if a video would infringe upon such rights, refrain from submitting the video or other related content, or delete or edit the applicable content until you are satisfied you have eliminated such doubt regarding potential infringement.

Registration and Logging In

You must be a registered user to submit a video, please use the links provided in the site to register. Registered Users must login in order to submit a video.

Video Sources

HealthShareTV video submissions involve submitting links and accompanying information for existing videos uploaded in YouTube (www.youtube.com) or Vimeo (www.vimeo.com).  MCOL staff may also periodically submit videos from various other sources. HealthShareTV video submissions do not involve directly uploading videos to healthsharetv.com, other than any specific Sponsored and Featured content authorized and arranged in advance with HealthShareTV.

Video Title

You are responsible to provide a title for your video, that must be limited to the maximum number of characters provided in the submission form. Your title should generally reflect the same title as indicated in the video source site, other than for purposes of clarification, accuracy or editing to fit in the required number of characters.

Video Description

You are responsible to include a description of the video, that must be limited to the maximum number of characters provided in the submission form. Your description should indicate the organization or person credited with creating the video whenever the information is available from the Video Source. You should also endeavor to include the description provided in the Video Source when available, subject to appropriate edits for clarification, accuracy, or to comply with the available space provided by HealthShareTV. If no description is provided in the Video Source, you are still responsible to provide a brief description based upon the other information available from the Video Source or your observation of the video. A Summary of your description is automatically generated based upon the a specified initial portion of the description, that will display in pages listing applicable videos. You can edit this Summary by clicking the Edit Summary link.

Video Link

You must the source url or embed code link to for each video submission.

Date Video Created

You are responsible to provide the date the video was created whenever available from the video source, or otherwise provide the date uploaded to the Video Source.

Video Category

You are also responsible to determine and indicate applicable categories that best describe your video submission, according to the categories provided in the submission form. You may indicate more than one category, if applicable.

Video Submission Content Specifications

Any required specification for the format and maximum length of content related to video submission is mentioned in the Video Submission form. Please refrain from including editorial comments in your video description, and focus on the actual video content instead. You can submit any comments you wish to make about the video after thevideo has been posted.

Editing and Deleting Videos

You may edit or delete your video submission. An edit tab will appear on videos that you submiited, where you may submit applicable changes. Refer to HealthShareTV Help regarding how to edit or delete your video.

Notification of Changes

The MCOL HealthShareTV Video Submission Policy may be revised over time. The most recent update date of this policy will always appear at the beginning of this policy. We do, however, recommend that you read the MCOL HealthShareTV Video Submission Policy each time you use this web site.
